Congress mornings are designed to set you up for success. Choose from a variety of activities that boost body and mind including:

Strength and Fitness

Our strength and fitness class is suited for all abilities and requires no equipment.  It is a blend of resistance training and dynamic conditioning. This class is designed to build strength and cardiovascular fitness. This class will leave you feeling energised. 

Beginner Yoga Session

Our yoga sessions introduce participants to basic yoga poses and techniques, focusing on flexibility, balance, strength, and movement with the breath. Ideal for all levels and abilities, these sessions aim to reduce tension, improve mental clarity, and boost overall wellbeing through guided, accessible yoga poses and practices.

River Run

Take in the beauty of Perth’s riverside with our River Run. Following the cycle path that loops around the water, you can choose your own pace and direction as you enjoy a stunning route that’s as refreshing as it is scenic. Whether you’re an early-morning jogger or a steady walker, this activity is all about movement, fresh air, and soaking in the views.

Ice Baths

Back by popular demand for the third year running, our Ice Baths are one of the most requested activities of the Congress. Step into the challenge, beat your personal best, or even try to break the record, all while embracing the invigorating benefits of cold immersion. Please note, there’s a limit on how long you can safely stay in, so our team will guide you with care.
